Drug & Alcohol Consortium

As part of your driver file service, referral forms are provided as well as a convenient facility for the drug and alcohol testing. The results are accessed by our trained staff and maintained in secure electronic files. Safety Compliance Plus will notify you once they have received the results. 382.301 (c)(1)

Pre-employment Testing

FMCSA requires you to have a Drug and Alcohol program in place. According to the FMCSA 49 CFR 382, all CDL drivers (working full time or part time) operating commercial vehicles greater than 26,000 lbs., transporting more than 16 passengers, or placard Haz-mat products must be drug and alcohol tested.

 

 We will send you all the information and forms necessary to get you started in your random drug and alcohol-testing program.

Random Testing

Post Accident

Bodily injury to any person who, as a result of the injury, immediately receives medical treatment away from the scene of the accident; or One or more motor vehicles incurring disabling damage as a result of the accident, requiring the motor vehicle to be transported away from the scene by a tow truck or other motor vehicle. Must be tested within the eight hours since the accident. 382.303

Supervisor & Driver

         Training

Safety Compliance Plus will provide everything you need to develop, run and maintain a CSA drug compliant program. We can help with your drug and alcohol pre-employment testing as well as providing supervisor training. All graduates of the supervisor training class will receive a FMCSA Certificate of Completion. 382.603
